3 steps to book the perfect baby nurse for you!

Let’s get started

Take a moment to tell us about your needs and what you are looking for. We'll review the form and get back to you to schedule an initial screening call.

Schedule an interview

After we review your information, we’ll be in touch to schedule our initial screening. During this call, our goal is to fully understand what you are looking for in a certified newborn care specialist, and hear what your family needs are.

After our initial interview, we’ll check to determine which of our certified newborn care specialists are available during the time you need us and we’ll connect you with our recommended baby nurse.

We’ll coordinate one-on-one video calls with our recommended baby nurse and send you a confirmation to ensure everyone stays in the loop. No stress, we've got all your communication covered!

Before you make any decisions, you’ll be able to contact several references for each of the certified newborn care specialists on your shortlist.

Book to reserve

You’ve interviewed our certified newborn care specialists and are now ready to make a decision. What’s next?

Send us an email confirming your booking to reserve and we’ll confirm with the baby nurse. At Baby Nurses NYC, we believe it is crucial that both the parents and the certified baby nurse believe the engagement is a good fit.

Once we‘ve confirmed everything with your preferred certified newborn care specialist, we’ll send you our services agreement for your signature and provide a link for you to pay your deposit. The deposit ensures we reserve your certified newborn care specialist for the time you need them.

Preparing for day one

Once you complete our services agreement, we’ll send you an email containing a few helpful resources we’ve prepared (including our favorite baby products) and tips for your first week with our newborn care specialist.

We are always happy to arrange a call to answer any questions as we know how these last few weeks tend to go before your newborn’s arrival.

Two weeks out from your expected due date (or start date), we’ll check in to hear how everything is going! Then during the last week ahead of our first day, we’ll send an email detailing all of the important information in preparation for your certified newborn care specialist’s first visit.

In the last few days before your expected due date, be sure to stay in constant contact with us so we can best assist you and make for a delightful first day!
